New build home architects

A new house is a rare chance to get everything right from the ground up: the way rooms catch the light, how the building sits on its plot, and how little energy it needs to run. We design contemporary new homes and small developments across Surrey, West Sussex and Hampshire from our studio in Haslemere.

We work to the principles of Passivhaus and BREEAM, so comfort and low running costs are built in rather than added later. From retirement houses to family homes and housing schemes, we take each project from feasibility and planning through to a finished building, with the people you meet at the start staying involved on site.
