This property sits in the grounds of a stunning 19th-century Grade I listed mansion, surrounded by Grade II listed gardens and parkland. The mansion and its stable courtyard were converted to apartments and dwellings in the late 1990s by a developer.

Our client’s property is a new-build, semi-detached, 3-bedroom property which, despite the modern age of the construction, was severely influenced by the Victorian setting including the use of single glazing and a traditional floor plan layout.
