This is a residential development scheme replacing a single family dwelling in a suburban location.

Both founding partners at ArchitectureLIVE have successfully designed master plans working for developers and local authority clients alike in the past, encompassing residential and mixed use developments with sizes ranging from a couple of dwellings to 260 residential units with care home, medical centre and community facilities.

We find that success lies within an early collaboration between our client, the design team and the local authority to create a strong identity for the new development paired with optimum accommodation density.

This quality of thinking delivers a master plan design that not only successfully meets the client’s brief for a new community, but also harmonises and enhances those which already exist.
